Job Posting:

Specialist in Group Services We are currently seeking four specialists (m/f/d) for group services in our teams of external residential groups and houses.

The position is advertised for 35 hours per week and is limited to one year. After a maximum of 2 years, the position will be converted into a permanent employment contract.

Responsibilities:

Participation in the further development of the resident-oriented living concept
Coordination and implementation of daily structured activities
Development of individual support and development plans for residents for daily structured activities
Organization and coordination of work with parents, relatives, and caregivers
External collaboration with specialist services, authorities, institutions, and counseling centers Requirements:
State-recognized specialist in care for people with disabilities (m/f/d), occupational therapist
