    Job Description

    1. Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

    2. Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

    3. Establish policies that promote company culture and vision

    4. Oversee daily operations of the company

    5. Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.

    6. Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

    7. Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)

    8. Establish new relationships with partners/vendors.

    9. Manage existing relationships with partners/vendors

    10. Order all supplies and materials for the grow activities and business activities.

    11. Keep an inventory of all finished products. (Trimmed Flower, Pre-Rolls, Edibles, etc.)

    12. Keep an inventory of all packaging.

    13. Manage and pay for all business expenses.

    14. Maintain all bookkeeping records through Quickbooks.

    15. Coordinate with CPA to ensure all business taxes and sales tax is paid correctly.

    16. Manage employee hours and pay employees.
