Description

This position will oversee and perform Corporate Security & Safety Operations for MidFirst Bank and subsidiaries; Develop, implement and administer Banking Center Safety & Security Programs; Manage and coordinate daily operations for security guards to include scheduling of staff and other resources; Ensure Banking Center staff are adequately trained for security events i.e.

robberies or other criminal situations.


Provides a wide level of coaching and training to employees and management to enhance their knowledge of physical security and personal safety.

Training is many times provided after operating hours in Banking Centers to accommodate bank staff, minimize distractions and provide for a more conducive learning experience.

Provide supervision for contract security guards and technicians

Performs risk assessments of all MFB properties. Taking the results of these surveys to then research, design, develop and implement plans to mitigate risk.

Assist with the selection, implementation and service of electronic security systems.

This includes Corporate Enterprise Video Management Systems and all other systems which provide safety & security for all MFB Bank and REO properties.


Responds to criminal acts against Bank & REO properties with emphasis on responding to all Bank Robberies to act as Liaison to Federal and Local Law Enforcement.

Provides information and evidence that will aid in the apprehension of suspects.

Must be prepared to respond to Banking Centers at any time during operating hours and after to assist and provide information needed for the apprehension and successful prosecution of those responsible for crimes committed against the bank.


Requirements:


  • High level working knowledge of electronic security systems.
  • High level working knowledge of computer programs & systems.
  • Extensive in depth knowledge of and hands on experience with Enterprise High level Video Management and Access Control systems.
  • Law Enforcement &/or Physical Security Experience.
  • Work well without direct supervision.
  • Ability to respond when needed 24X
  • Proven conflict resolution skills and abilities.
  • Valid driver license and acceptable driving record.
  • Must be able to respond after hours and on holidays as required for security related events.
