We are looking for a deputy facility manager / volunteer coordinator for our new GU1 with 286 places at Kablower Weg in the beautiful Grünau, starting on 01.04.

Your tasks:

Management of the facility and staff
You will take on administrative tasks
Exchange with stakeholders such as clients, authorities and districts
Committee, networking and public relations work
Conceptual work and professional development
Preparation of statistics, quarterly reports and duty rosters
Maintaining contact with volunteers working in the facility and expanding volunteer work
Initiating new needsbased offers

Your profile:

A degree in social work, pedagogy, business administration or public administration
Or four years of management experience in other areas with proven knowledge in the aforementioned fields
You have a good sense for refugees in need, want to provide a sense of security and help them settle in
Independent and responsible work style, as well as patience and empathy
You can assert yourself, are responsible and act proactively
Enjoy working interdisciplinary and working according to quality criteria
You have a high level of empathy, but can also set boundaries

Language skills in Arabic, Farsi, Russian and/or English are an advantage.
