    The Shift Manger plays an important role in training, developing and leading the crew.

    Serves as a critical part of the leadership team, helping the restaurant serve the most flavorful chicken and coordinates a smooth end to end operation to provide an exceptional Customer Experience.


    RequirementsMust be 18 years of age or olderMust be fluent in English & SpanishPreferred: 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experienceAbility to lift and push 50 lbs.
