Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
High school, GED
5+ years of Maintenance experience (or other technicians i.e. plumbers)
5+ years of experience reading blueprints
Driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

Overseeing multisite portfolio
Project management
Budgeting experience
Healthcare experience
