Team Assistant for HR Business Service - Dixon, IL, United States - Aurora Solutions
Description
Your role- Support the leadership team of HR Business Services as a team assistant- Perform general assistant tasks such as coordinating appointments, creating PowerPoint presentations, and preparing for meetings- Handle travel planning, including bookings and expense reports- Manage confidential HR matters before and after meetings- Prepare independent evaluations- Contribute to project implementation- Place orders, ensure accuracy of invoices, and handle organizational onboarding of new employeesYour profile- Successfully completed commercial education- Ideally, a suitable additional qualification as a management assistant- Several years of experience in a demanding assistant environment (board, executive or department level), preferably in the HR field- High sensitivity in dealing with confidential matters- Independent, structured, conscientious, and proactive work style- Quick comprehension, organizational talent, and good communication skills- Open and friendly demeanor- Excellent MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
