- Respond promptly and professionally to help desk requests via phone or our internal system.
- Perform daily hardware and software installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Deliver IT support across all business lines to meet service level agreements.
- Offer continuous support for major bank projects, consistently meeting or exceeding deadlines.
- Conduct regular IT maintenance visits to our physical office locations.
- Undertake any other assigned duties that contribute to our core objectives.
- 1-5 years of experience in computer operations and networking.
- Preference for an Associate's Degree in Management Information Systems or Information Technology.
- A+ certification is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude for problem-solving.
- Proficiency in TCP/IP Networking and Microsoft Operating Systems.
- Experience with Apple IOS and Android operating systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Work may involve eye strain from prolonged computer use.
- Extended periods of sitting may be required.
- Ability to focus in potentially distracting work environments.
- Capability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility with work hours, including weekends or after-hours when needed.
- Travel required for branch visits, trainings, and meetings.
