- Respond timely and professionally to help desk work requests submitted via phone or 1Source system.
- Daily installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Bank hardware and software.
- Provide IT support to all lines of business to meet service level expectations.
- Ongoing support for major bank initiatives, meeting or exceeding deadline expectations.
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual support to all physical Bank office locations. Plan and schedule localized IT support according to established department field visit expectations.
- All other duties as assigned and any activities that support the key accountabilities.
- One to five years of computer operations and networking experience.
- Associates Degree in Management Information Systems or Information Technology a plus.
- Certificate in A+ preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Above average problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP Networking
- Understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems
- Experience with mobile device operating systems including Apple IOS and Android.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects with conflicting priorities.
- Work involves eye strain due to the constant use of computer screens, reading of reports.
- Work involves sitting for long periods at a time.
- Work involves being able to concentrate on the matter at hand, under sometimes distracting work conditions.
- Work involves lifting and moving equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Work involves a high degree of flexibility regarding work hours; may have to work weekends or after-hours to install upgrades, fix problems, etc.
- Work involves travel to conduct branch visits, attend trainings and meetings.
