Personal Assistant
The CEO of a successful, fast-paced organization committed to supporting children, families and communities through providing innovative and sustainable empowerment and therapeutic programming.
Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal support as needed, such as running errands, managing household tasks, and coordinating schedules.
- Prioritize and screen incoming mail for the CEO, responding to or redirecting them as needed.
- Travel coordination, arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, while considering time zones and travel preferences.
- Confidentiality management, handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times, exercising discretion and professionalism in dealing with confidential matters.
- Domestic project coordination, support project initiatives by coordinating tasks, tracking deadlines, and facilitating communication among external contractors.
- Conduct research on various topics, compile findings, and present information in a clear and concise manner.
- Coordinating special occasions and surprises, such as birthdays, anniversaries, fraternity events, and milestones, by arranging gifts, decorations, catering and entertainment.
- Manage domestic contacts and network, ensuring timely and appropriate followup.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 4+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Canva, and AI integrations.
- Petfriendly professional.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, highly motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure is a must.
