    Nashville, TN, Estados UnidosCategoria de Trabajo: Business DevelopmentEstimate change ordersCompetitive salaryEstimador SeniorAdministre el flujo de trabajo de estimacion para proporcionar propuestas completas antes de los plazos de licitacionAdministrar el equipo de estimacion y priorizar los plazos de las licitacionesDesarrollar una asociacion con el equipo de operaciones internasFomentar y mantener relaciones con arquitectos paisajistas, proveedores, subcontratistas y clientesAyudar a los clientes con informacion tecnica y precios durante la etapa previa a la construccionRevisar los planes y especificaciones para determinar nuestro alcance de trabajo y los metodos de produccion mas efectivosDefinir alcances de trabajo para varios oficios y distribuir paquetes de ofertas de subcontratacionRevisar el alcance del trabajo de cada subcontratista y negociar los precios de oferta finalesRecomendar subcontratistas preferidos en cada trabajo a los miembros del equipo internoSolicitar cotizaciones por escrito para materiales solidos y mobiliario del sitioPresentar listas de plantas al comprador para obtener y cotizarActualizar continuamente la base de datos y los factores del software de estimacionComplete el plan de comienzo e ingrese la informacion de la oferta en el software de estimacionCalcular estimaciones de costos directos totales para cada ofertaAsignar o proponer margenes de ganancia basados en las pautas de precios actualesPreparar un resumen de oferta para cada presupuestoDesarrollar alternativas de ingenieria de valorEstimar ordenes de cambioCalificaciones:Comprension amplia de la instalacion del paisaje o los metodos de construccionConocimiento basico de material vegetal y mejores practicas horticolasHabilidad para leer y comprender planos y especificacionesHabilidad para establecer relaciones solidas con subcontratistas y clientesHabilidad para proyectar una imagen profesional y una actitud positiva en todas las situacionesBuenas habilidades en comunicacion oral y escritaFuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestion del tiempo.
