- Overall responsibility as terminal manager (m/f/d) for our onsite logistics operation while adhering to joint personnel and cost planning
- Professional and disciplinary leadership and management of the personnel deployment of more than 70 commercial and industrial employees in a fulltime shift operation
- Responsibility for the operational business (receipt and storage of materials, internal material provision for production supply) as well as compliance with relevant work and process instructions, laws, guidelines, and regulations
- Planning, control, and optimization of all logistical processes and procedures
- Ensuring the quality of our services
- Preparation and support of customer meetings and audits
- Completed studies or comparable practical training with a focus on logistics
- Several years of professional and managerial experience in logistics, ideally in the chemical industry
- Sense of responsibility and solutionoriented, analytical, and businessoriented thinking as well as a high level of initiative and decision
