We invite you to learn more about the firm on our website, The firm has an immediate opening for a full-time senior level attorney in its Corporate Group, as defined below. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level attorney desiring regular client interaction and significant responsibility, with work-life balance in a team-oriented environment.

    Responsibilities
    • Assist Partners in all areas of corporate and commercial law.
    • Be able to work autonomously.
    • Prepare and negotiate disclosure schedules and other documents and agreements related to sale, acquisition, merger and other commercial transactions.
    • Draft, review and revise all forms of commercial documents including master service agreements, purchase order terms, supply agreements and distributor agreements
    • Counsel clients on new entity formation including drafting, reviewing and revising formation documents, employment agreements and owner buy-sell agreements.
    • Performed legal research on corporate matters.
    • Assist in marketing the firm's Corporate group to generate business from current and new client
    Qualifications
    • Law Licensure in Pennsylvania at minimum
    • 7-10 years relevant practice experience in the areas of general corporate law, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions and business planning
    • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
    • Strong analytical skills

    • Compensation package based upon candidate qualifications and experience
    • Senior Attorneys are eligible for profitability and business origination bonuses. These bonuses are done on a quarterly basis.
