Marketing, Shipping logistics and operations

Lock Connection, LLC is hiring. We are a small ecommerce business and have been in operation since 2017. We sell cabinet hardware and electronic locks. We are looking for a full-time person to start in July (possibly sooner), 40 hours/week. Some Saturday mornings are required to fulfill and ship orders. This is usually 2 hours only. The incoming employee will oversee marketing and process orders. Time dedicated to each area will be dependent on the workload for each area. Marketing duties include, creating a Marketing plan for Lock Connection and Lancaster Laser Supply. Creating reels or videos to promote products.

Adding videos, pictures and content on our websites, Facebook, and Instagram pages and others as needed and responding to social media posts.

Shipping duties include pulling, packing, and shipping orders and processing incoming shipments.

Employees wear many hats in this small business, so you will also be trained to program locks, work on the website, social media management, photography, SEO, etc.

We work in a casual warehouse setting.
This is a true entrepreneurship opportunity. You will learn everything about running a business. A business buy-in ownership plan is a potential for the right individual.

An interest in learning how to operate a laser is a plus We now have 2 laser engravers and offer custom engraved products for sale through our sister company, Lancaster Laser Supply.

This is a second company under Lock Connection, LLC.

We offer PTO and holiday pay for full-time employees. We do not offer health insurance.

Starting Pay per year:
$40,000 to $45,000.


Requirements:

1 year Marketing Experience or College Grad required (Marketing or Business Administration)

Entrepreneurship spirit, Positive attitude

Hard worker, Willingness to learn.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Computer literate we use excel, word and other programs/software.

Must be reliable and have reliable transportation.

Must be able to pass a drug test.
