Job Description & Duties
Arrive at the FedEx station at the scheduled time per the weekly schedule (see the weekly schedule for specific start times).
Conduct a pre-trip inspection of your assigned vehicle.
Organize and load route-assigned packages into your assigned vehicle in a safe, orderly, and kind fashion.
After all route-assigned packages have been loaded, complete the safe delivery and/or collection of all packages while utilizing both the iPad (Ground Cloud program) and scanner provided.
If applicable, complete the collection of all packages at assigned pick-up locations within the customer specified time window.Build strong professional relationships with your customers to provide an outstanding customer experience.
Conduct a post-trip inspection of your assigned vehicle.
