For a general contractor, I am looking for an experienced senior construction manager (m/f/d) in turnkey construction at the Livonia, MI location.

Responsibilities:

  • You will independently manage the construction of turnkey largescale projects
  • You will advise clients and coordinate with specialist engineers (m/f/d)
  • You will be responsible for the technical clarification and awarding of subcontractor services together with the procurement department
  • You will manage and monitor quality, deadlines, and costs

Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in structural engineering, partial and/or turnkey construction (trained architect or civil engineer (m/f/d))
