    Description

    Job Description Summary



    Responsible for designing, developing, and testing Embedded Software (Firmware) for devices, tailored to hardware requirements. Requires understanding the device being controlled, real-time functions, and software development to achieve functionality. Focus on products and services across various P&Ls, impacting projects and programs. Onsite opportunity in Grand Rapids, MI office or Clearwater, FL. Corporate relocation assistance available. Role involves technical data subject to U.S. Government contract restrictions, for U.S. Citizens only.

    Job Description



    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Manage a team covering various DAWs.
    • Develop specialized knowledge in the discipline. Stay updated on technical advancements. Contribute to strategy development and ensure delivery.
    • Possess deep knowledge of best practices and competition differentiators in the market.
    • Apply judgment to solve complex operational/management challenges. Provide data analysis support and make informed decisions.
    • Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues. Lead small projects with moderate risks.
    • Enhance persuasion skills to influence field-related topics.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Equivalent to a Master's degree or relevant experience.
    • For U.S. roles - Master's degree or 6 years of relevant experience.

    Desired Characteristics:

    • Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to analyze and resolve problems, lead projects and execute programs effectively. Proficient in project management.
