Description:

The newly built Kindertagesstätte St. Petrus in Vorsfelde provides care for 155 children between the ages of one and school enrollment in two nursery groups, three kindergarten groups, and two KinderBUTZEN groups (pre-school age). In the KinderBUTZE, we offer a bilingual concept in English.

Our work is based on the seven principles of Leonardo da Vinci (according to Michael J. Gelb). This means that we promote children's curiosity, allow them to make mistakes and gain their own experiences, give them the opportunity to understand the world with all their senses, support them in dealing with ambiguities and uncertainties, combine art and science in everyday kindergarten life, let them practice healthy eating and physical fitness, maintain their naturally given interconnected thinking, and make them feel connected to the world.
