Job Title:
Project Scheduler/Coordinator


Work Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT)

The Project Scheduler/Coordinator is instrumental in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of projects across multiple departments. This role ensures project milestones are met and adhering to approved timelines.

The Scheduler/Coordinator will also facilitate communication among project teams and departments, prepare progress reports, and assist in resolving scheduling conflicts.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project scheduling or coordination
  • Strong proficiency with project management software like MS Project or Primavera
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience in managing timelines and resources for multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

$ $45.67 per hour
