Our IT Support Engineers work behind the scenes to troubleshoot issues and improve our systems, ensuring optimal operation. Your focus will be on ensuring that our IT infrastructure can meet the demands of our global business. At the same time, you will work with the latest technology and learn how we are developing the warehouse environment of the future.

About the team
Our Ops Tech Solutions Team (OTS Team) provides ongoing tech support to all Amazon operating locations worldwide. Maintaining, upgrading, and protecting the IT infrastructure and end-user devices of one of the world's largest companies requires a diverse set of skills. Some team members are engineers who help create and implement solutions, while others take on management roles and act as leaders for our colleagues in tech support, enabling them to better support our end-users.
Amazon's OTS team is dedicated to balancing performance and sustainability for all new solutions. Many of our employees work at local sites, and our team is active around the clock, ensuring that we can provide support and perform critical maintenance with minimal disruptions to business operations.
