  • Payroll Accountant (m/f/d)
ACCON-RVS GmbH is a dynamic company that has been successfully operating in the market for over 30 years.

We are a nationwide supplier of high-quality BPO outsourcing services in the areas of accounting, controlling, HR payroll, and travel expense accounting.

We are looking for an experienced HR specialist (m/f/d) to take on a position in payroll accounting.

Your tasks:_

  • Maintenance and control of employee master and movement data
  • Administration of administrative processes (e.g. monitoring of followups, deadlines)
  • Support of entry, transfer, and exit processes
  • Creation of reports and evaluations
  • Pre and postprocessing tasks of payroll accounting
  • Timely and accurate execution of payroll accounting
  • Processing of reporting and certification obligations
  • Correspondence with authorities, social security institutions, and other departments
  • Competent contact person for managing directors and employees regarding payrollrelated issues

We expect from you:_

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Relevant professional experience in payroll accounting
  • DATEV knowledge
  • Knowledge of income tax and social security law
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of Agenda software is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Diligent, independent, and trustworthy work ethic
  • Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and a high level of service and customer orientation
