Duration of training: 3.5 years

Vocational school: Traunstein Vocational School, 1-2 days per week

Do you want to create something big out of many individual parts and help shape the future of rail transportation? Then the training as an industrial mechanic at ROBEL is the right path for you. Your tasks will include the production of individual parts for assembly. In teamwork, you will plan and carry out the assembly of components. For planning, you will use technical documents such as drawings and parts lists. You will use various testing methods to check the functionality of your assembly. The necessary knowledge will be taught in the training workshop and in various departments of production. You will also work with modern digital media to be prepared for future tasks.

Your qualifications:

  • Good qualified secondary school leaving certificate or intermediate school leaving certificate
  • Good technical understanding and interest in technology
  • Spatial imagination
  • At least satisfactory grades in mathematics
