Tasks you will enjoy:


  • You independently conduct logistical invoice checks for the food and nonfood merchandise management area (EDI and nonEDI suppliers) as well as tobacco
  • You are responsible for creating evaluations and conducting analyses of our inventories
  • You take care of clarifying and reconciling goods receipt bookings per warehouse location/ store/ individual item
  • You process Excel files and upload them into the ERP system
  • As a competent contact person (m/f/d), you are available to other departments and suppliers for questions regarding billing, payments, and reminders
  • With your active commitment, you contribute to optimizing processes in accounting

Requirements you bring:


  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. in retail)
  • Ideally, you have already gained some experience in the field of invoice auditing. However, we also welcome motivated career changers (m/f/d)
  • You have a good command of MS Office, especially Excel. SAP knowledge would be desirable
  • You have an independent and structured way of working. You think across departments
