Description

• Greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner and providing assistance, information, and direction to all customers.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
• Conduct boat deliveries and trailering on sold boats, and boat demos for potential buyers
• Work to ensure repeat business and develop referrals from past customers.
• Give high quality and knowledgeable product demonstrations.
• Follow your deal from start to finish, keeping your customers informed along the way.
• Work with closing agent in providing needed documentation to close on sold units.
• Work with the service department and inspect sold units prior to customer pick up.
• Make a personal and personalized delivery of the sold unit.
• Participate in boat shows and other company events.
• Participate and post on social media for sales and events.

• Must have a valid driver's license and boater's license
• Ability to structure a sales transaction and calculate figures such as discounts and make changes to customers.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with management, coworkers, and customers.
• Ability to do your own water test and delivery orientation.
• Strong on negotiation, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge.
