Responsibilities:
- Greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner and providing assistance, information, and direction to all customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
- Conduct boat deliveries and trailering on sold boats, and boat demos for potential buyers
- Work to ensure repeat business and develop referrals from past customers.
- Give high quality and knowledgeable product demonstrations.
- Follow your deal from start to finish, keeping your customers informed along the way.
- Work with closing agent in providing needed documentation to close on sold units.
- Work with the service department and inspect sold units prior to customer pick up.
- Make a personal and personalized delivery of the sold unit.
- Participate in boat shows and other company events.
- Participate and post on social media for sales and events.
Needed skills:
- Must have a valid driver's license and boater's license
- Ability to structure a sales transaction and calculate figures such as discounts and make changes to customers.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with management, coworkers, and customers.
- Ability to do your own water test and delivery orientation.
- Strong on negotiation, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge.

Pay:
$40, $120,000.00 per year
