YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

In this position, your role revolves around completing accurate and efficient financial services while providing excellent customer service. You're on the front lines at the bank, warmly greeting customers, answering their questions, and assisting them however possible. Prioritizing accuracy, you help with transactions such as deposits, transfers, loan payments, and online banking maintenance. If a customer needs additional help, you gather the essential information before passing their request to a banker. Your willingness to learn more and expand your skills helps you grow and become a more capable finance professional
