Student Worker in the field of Human Resources (m/f/d) at our location in Düsseldorf as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

You are responsible for the personnel support and recruitment of our interns and student workers
You independently handle administrative HR tasks (e.g. contract creation and amendments) and support in daily operations
You assist in the recruitment process, including maintaining the applicant management system (e.g. posting job advertisements, reviewing applications, conducting interviews)
You conduct interviews together with colleagues from the respective departments
You are responsible for maintaining the HR information and payroll system P&I Loga for students and interns
You maintain and monitor the time management system
You create references and maintain personnel files
In addition, you have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas in internal projects and participate in optimizing our processes
