The privately owned 3-star superior hotel Alster-Hof Hamburg is located in the heart of Hamburg's city center, directly on the Binnenalster.

The Hamburg trade fair, as well as the Hamburg Congress Center and Dammtor train station, are just a few minutes' walk away.

We have 108 rooms spread over seven floors. We are looking for a Reception & Reservation Assistant (m/f/d) in full-time. Reception & Reservation Assistant (m/f/d)

Your job overview:
Warmly welcoming guests and handling check-ins and check-outs. Guest service and assistance. Managing guest inquiries and reservations. Coordinating and ensuring a smooth operation at the front and back office. Cash handling and responsibility for proper invoicing and accurate billing. Management of debtors and creditors. Accepting and confirming room reservations. Working shifts in the morning and evening.
