- Coordinate and facilitate projects involving transformative initiatives spanning multiple business units, product lines, or operational processes.

- Provide advanced analytical expertise to support change initiatives, contributing significantly to project design, development, and execution.
- Collaborate closely with project team members throughout all stages of initiatives and potentially oversee and assess the work of junior analysts.

- Typically requires 4 to 8 years of experience in change management along with a bachelor's degree.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Highly motivated, proactive, and self-starting individual with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to develop and execute plans autonomously.
- Must be flexible and experienced in working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
