- Coordinate and manage study activities to ensure compliance with protocols and with relevant local, state, and federal regulatory and institutional polices
- Assess eligibility of potential subjects through methods such as screening interviews, reviews of medical records, and discussions with physicians and nurses
- Oversees subject enrollment to ensure that informed consent is properly obtained and documented
- Plans, organizes, and schedules assessments/tests/activities to meet research objectives and study protocol compliance
- Responsible for data collection and maintenance of required study records and activity including case report forms, drug dispensation records, or regulatory forms
- Records AE and SAE data and confers with investigators regarding the reporting of events to oversight agencies
- Prepares for and participates in quality assurance audits conducted by study sponsors, federal agencies, or specially designated review groups

- LPN or RN licensed to practice in the state of Florida-2 years
- Urology experience preferred but not necessary
- Strong Microsoft Suite computer proficiency; including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized and great attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently independently or with a team with minimal supervision
- Professional attitude and conduct; trustworthy and works with discretion
- Willing to learn new technology or processes
