Description
Responsibilities
The primary purpose of the Plumber/Steamfitter I position is to perform a variety of maintenance repairs and installation/replacement of plumbing systems and fixtures including: supply systems, DWV system, plumbing, heating and steam fixtures/equipment.
Qualifications
Technical school diploma or an equivalent level of knowledge plus five (5) years of experience in the operation, maintenance and installation of plumbing systems/equipment, in an educational, industrial or health care setting.
Sound knowledge of blue print and schematic reading is required, as is through knowledge of all applicable (local, state and national) codes.
