Summary:
The Security Officer is responsible for providing a safe environment and for the protection for all members, visitors, and staff at Bobby E.
Duties:
- Maintains a safe and secure environment;
- Cordially greet and direct guest;
- Respond to emergency situations in an expeditious manner;
- Responsible for reporting and documenting incidents;
- Deescalate volatile situations;
- Manage front desk activities
- Ensure all members and visitors sign in and out;
- Enforce the agency's rules and regulations;
- Attend staff meetings and trainings;
- Monitor security system;
- Must be service oriented, empathetic and able to interact and develop rapport with a diversified population.

- High school diploma or equivalent required;
- Must be 21 years of age or older;
- PERC Card with completed 20 hour security guard training;
- Must exhibit exceptional customer service;
- Ability to communicate effectively both oral and written;
- Ability to stand on feet for extended time periods;
- One year of security experience;
- Service oriented, empathetic and able to interact and develop rapport with a diverse population;
- Must pass mandatory background checks and preemployment drug screen.
- Must submit a resume.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (required)
License:
- PERC Card (required)
Pay:
$17.00 per hour
