Our integration assistance for people with intellectual disabilities and autism is divided into six residential communities located in Gangelt, Geilenkirchen/Übach-Palenberg, Heinsberg, Hückelhoven, and Wegberg.


They consist of various forms of housing:
special forms of housing and/or intensive supported living, supported living, day structures, and inclusive meeting points.
Our residential community in Gangelt also includes the following specializations:

Living areas for people with challenging behavior (open or protected area), for people with autism spectrum disorder (open or protected area, as well as outpatient supported living), and a residential facility for people in the second half of life.


We are currently looking for educators (m/f/d) - disability assistance for one of our above-mentioned locations in the Heinsberg district, starting as soon as possible, with a workload of 50-100%.

Your tasks
Pedagogical support within the framework of the reference care system
Client- or resident-centered communication as well as crisis and conflict intervention according to PART
Individual promotion of independence and development of realistic goals according to BEI_NRW
Your profile
A completed training as an educator (m/f/d)
Willingness to work in rotating shifts
