Video Teleconference Technician - Journeyman

Company Name: Chenega MIOS

• Provide oversight and direction for AV support, including conference room setup and maintenance
• Responsible for operating video teleconferencing equipment

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate briefing computers, projectors, or other AV equipment for video teleconferencing
• Schedule video teleconferencing sessions
• Train personnel in video teleconferencing equipment operation
• Support DPTMS operations and training, including Special Operations Forces training
• Assist users in conducting video teleconference sessions
• Prepare conference sessions
• Monitor VTC equipment and system performance
• Plan and coordinate organizational operations
• Provide technical point of contact for event site personnel
• Offer oversight, direction, training, and mentoring for team members
• Complete required company and customer training
• Travel up to 20% as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in VTC and AV systems
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Secret clearance required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Maintain Secret clearance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Stay updated on technology for TEAMS conferences and AV systems
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Self-starting and ability to work independently or in a team
• Ability to multitask in a high-stress environment
• Ability to travel up to 20%
