Join our dynamic team in China Lake, CA for an exciting opportunity as a Video Teleconference Technician - Junior.

As part of our Corporate Customer Support Department (CCSD), you will play a crucial role in providing AV support, maintaining and operating AV equipment for various conference needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate video teleconferencing equipment
• Assist in video teleconference sessions
• Troubleshoot system failures
• Track system performance
• Complete required training
• Travel up to 20% as needed

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in VTC Systems, A/V Control Systems, and more
• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Secret clearance required

• Ability to maintain a Secret clearance
• Experience in system security functions
• Configuring Tandberg/Cisco Codecs
• Basic networking knowledge
• Effective communication skills
