This position manages the DevSecOps team. The teams work the installations in support of F-35 ALIS as well as a build pipeline with quality gates.

The teams are composed of an agile DevSecOps team structure that develop through software innovation on the modernization effort of ALIS.

The teams also work across LOBs and BAs to strategically roll out and coach other programs through their modernization efforts.


Responsibilities include:

  • Work force management (reassignments and placements, recruitment and selection of new employees and terminations) and personnel management (training, mentoring, career development, performance and compensation, and promotions).
  • Support DevSecOps development Tempo
  • Support the team on any programmatical or technical barriers

Basic Qualifications:

Leadership experience leading small technical teams providing planning, workload balancing, and technical guidance.

Experience with Agile practices

Leadership experience with software engineering

Experience collaborating with multiple engineering and business functions.


Desired Skills:

Experience with the integration of large scale software systems

Experience with Agile and DevOps practices


Experience working with cross functional software system development teams to ensure a quality product is delivered to the end user.

Strong written and communication skills

Experience collaborating with external partners

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:
Part-time

Remote Telework:

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.


Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.


Schedule for this Position:4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
