- Coordinate with other departments to ensure goods are verified and properly received for payment.
- Verify material transfers between warehouse and project sites.
- Coordinate with vendors to correct delivery errors, shortages, and damaged goods.
- Regularly report to Management.
- Utilize systems such as Procore and Smartsheet in reviewing proof of deliveries and inbound logs.
- Verify receiving documents and purchase orders match for goods receipts.
- Report any discrepancies to purchasing department.
- Coordinate with other departments to correct errors found with record keeping/document storage.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows.
- Exceptional Microsoft Excel skills, experience with Smartsheet and Procore preferred.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Working knowledge of goods receipt and purchase order systems.
- Exceptional documentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with an ability to multi-task.
