We are seeking a part-time receptionist to become an integral part of our team. We are looking for an energetic and hardworking individual to answer calls and greet visitors.We fully train our receptionists so you can feel confident to make a change
Schedule for this position:
Mondays 4PM-9PM, Wednesdays 4PM-9PM & Fridays 4PM-9PM & Every other Saturday 8AM-6PM
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
- Directs customers to the appropriate department or pointofcontact
- Manages inbound phone inquiries and routes calls accordingly
- Provides administrative assistance as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
- Highly professional and dependable
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent telephone skills
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
