Operations Manager


Duties:


  • Supervise and manage daytoday operations of the company
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity
  • Identify and implement process improvement initiatives
  • Oversee business development activities to drive sales and increase profitability
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure profitability and costeffectiveness
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve operational goals
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth operations across departments
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees

Skills:


  • Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
  • Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques
  • Familiarity with profit loss analysis and financial management
We prefer you have dental experience but not required

You will need to travel to Newport Beach, Elsinore and Tustin locations
