The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is:

Responsible for recruiting exempt and nonexempt administrative, technical, clerical, professional and clinical positions for assigned departments throughout BayCare Health System.
Works in collaboration with assigned hiring managers to perform full life cycle recruitment functions.
Participates as part of the Talent Acquisition team to provide quality staffing.
Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the Human Resources industry.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required: Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) certification within 12 months of employment.
Bachelor's degree is required with 2 years professional recruiting experience OR proven track record as a BayCare Talent Acquisition Recruiter Associate competent to take on full cycle recruitment.
8 years' of recruiting experience with High School Diploma/GED is also acceptable.

Clearwater, FL (Hybrid)

Shift Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm
