Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Medical Scribe.

As a Medical Scribe, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to accurately document patient encounters, medical histories, and treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently document patient encounters in realtime
• Transcribe medical information including medical histories, physical examinations, diagnostic test results, and treatment plans
• Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing medical records
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times

Experience:

• Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Proficient in transcribing medical information accurately and efficiently
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
• Ability to type quickly and accurately

Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office Suite

Pay:
From $15.00 per hour
