Description_

Seeking a fulltime (35 hour per week) Youth Advocate to work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide services to young adults in a transitional living program
Responsible for providing case management, psychosocial assessments, development and implementation of intervention strategies.
Provide coaching to support each youth to achieve goals of housing stability, sustaining employment, and educational achievement.
Have an understanding and willingness to motivate, influence, and mentor young adults to achieve their goals.
Comfortable working in the field, linking youth to community resources, traveling in Middlesex and Somerset Counties, and passionate about supporting young adults in reaching their goals
Oncall and evening hour availability is required as part of the position
This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in program implementation utilizing the housing first model for young adults experiencing housing instability
