Job Overview:
We are in search of a highly motivated and detail-oriented Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Travel Consultant, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their travel plans, providing top-notch customer service, personalized recommendations, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in selecting and booking travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, transport, and activities
• Offer personalized recommendations tailored to clients' preferences and budget
• Conduct research on various destinations, accommodations, and attractions to keep abreast of the latest travel trends
• Address inquiries and resolve any issues related to travel bookings
• Handle payment processing and maintain accurate transaction records
• Collaborate with travel suppliers to negotiate competitive rates for clients
• Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and health advisories to provide accurate information
• Develop strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the hospitality or travel sector preferred
• Outstanding customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach
• Strong sales abilities including upselling and cross-selling travel products
• Proficiency in reservation systems and online booking platforms
• Familiarity with popular travel destinations, hotels, airlines, and attractions
• Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively
