Your tasks


In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and handling deviations and customer complaints.

Tasks

  • Leading investigations in a cross-functional team
  • Coordinating associated corrective and preventive actions
  • Preparing reports (e.g. 8D reports, technical reports)
  • Presenting and discussing results with the customer
  • Participating in customer visits and supporting audits
  • Taking on projects in the quality field

Your qualifications

  • Completed technical studies or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient in using tools and methods for root cause analysis
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (German and English)
  • Digital affinity
  • Occasional willingness to travel
