In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and handling deviations and customer complaints.
Tasks
- Leading investigations in a cross-functional team
- Coordinating associated corrective and preventive actions
- Preparing reports (e.g. 8D reports, technical reports)
- Presenting and discussing results with the customer
- Participating in customer visits and supporting audits
- Taking on projects in the quality field
Your qualifications
- Completed technical studies or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in using tools and methods for root cause analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (German and English)
- Digital affinity
- Occasional willingness to travel
