    Program Analyst

    to join our team in

    Crane, IN .

    Responsibilities include but not limited to:
    Collect, review, and analyze information in order to make recommendations to the Government.
    Develop and maintain program/project plans, coordinate and provide data call responses, develop, and maintain databases, and evaluate/provide assessment of technical and non-technical program status
    Develop Reports, usually submitted in writing, but oral presentations regarding findings also are common.
    Facilitate, plan and support meetings required for the management and execution of support service efforts
    Establish priorities, research, and provide analysis reports, provide synopses of meetings and develop/deliver presentations
    Provide recommendations regarding the execution, direction, and measures for success of programs. Provide recommendations for overall project definition, organization, and direction
    Manage project plans to include technical and administrative efforts, status reporting of project/program progress, including progression toward programmatic goals


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Associates degree; in lieu of Associates degree a High School diploma and 3 additional years of experience may be considered
    A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a government setting
    Experience developing and maintaining Integrated master schedules (IMS)
    Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint
    Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
    Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience supporting a program at NSWC Crane


    Security Clearance Requirements:
    Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government secret level security clearance


    For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
