Salary DOE and
will include a percentage of all settlement fees generated by the firm that on average has 38 new PI cases a month for 13+ years with no advertising and no marketing campaign.

Rare opportunity in that founding partner looking to start retirement. Percentage of fees will increase as rapidly as founder lessens role in managing the firm. Personal injury experience plaintiff or defense - minimum of 5 years. Duties include reviewing medical records - for deposition, mediation, or interrogatory responses. Drafting/reviewing pleadings and motions. Monitoring calendar deadlines and managing, updating and reviewing the tasks assigned to the paralegal. Bi-monthly review of all cases - litigation and presuit. Review/respond to all incoming pleadings and coordinate responses with the paralegal. Create PowerPoint presentations for use at mediation. Attending depositions, hearings or examinations under oath and preparing detailed summary of same.


Pay:
$150, $300,000.00 per year
