Description

For our branch office in Hannover, we are looking for a Financial Accountant and Assistant to the General Management to start as soon as possible, in full-time or part-time. These are your tasks:

The "Central Services" team, consisting of accounting, personnel, and marketing/communication, works across locations and reports directly to the general management of dgp. Within this team, you will be the contact person for banks, insurance companies, the tax office, and our branch offices for administrative and financial matters. In addition, you will support the general management of dgp in central tasks and projects.

Accounting and Reporting

Accounting of creditors, debtors, banks, and assets
Processing of payments and liquidity planning
Reconciliation and clarification of accounts
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and annual balance sheet
VAT pre-registration
Accompaniment of invoice, tax, and operational audits
General administrative tasks in ongoing business operations

Assistant to the General Management

Support of the general management in the implementation of central projects, especially in business process design
Membership management
Organization of board meetings and
