We're looking for experienced Account Executives -specializing in selling into the Retail Industry - to join our newest build-out here in NYC
About The Role:

- The Industry Specialist position is a quotacarrying role where you will own the full sales cycle for our multiple products within a PLG (salesassisted) motion or Outbound effort
- Act as a product owner in an agile environment, developing strategies and coordinating crossfunctional support to develop and deliver ARR inside the Retail vertical
- Stay uptodate with industry trends to effectively position monday against alternatives, and continuously enhance our offering for scale
Your Experience & Skills:
- 7+ years of fullcycle B2B SaaS sales experience
- 3+ years of experience selling a SaaS solution to the Retail Industry
- You will possess a business background and domain knowledge in Retail accounts that enables you to drive engagement and interact with business personas at the CxO/VP level
- You understand the concepts of digitization and industrial change in the Retail Industry and have prior success in helping your customers implement impactful change.
- Full Direct (New Business) sales cycle & Cross-Sale (Expansion) experience required. Partnership experience is a plus
- Experience building and leveraging multiple channels to build an industry presence and drive Top of Funnel leads to bottom of funnel ARR (inc Webinars, industry events,etc)
- Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
- Extensive customer network with a proven ability to deliver value at senior levels of an organization.
- Track record of success being a selfstarter, resultsoriented, adaptable, and inquisitive
