Part Time Schedule:
Monday & Tuesday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8-12pm


Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Scribe.

As a Medical Scribe, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to accurately document patient encounters and assist with medical record management.

Responsibilities:


  • Accurately transcribe and document patient encounters, including medical histories, physical examinations, and treatment plans
  • Assist healthcare providers with navigating electronic medical record systems
  • Maintain organized and uptodate medical records for each patient
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
  • Provide administrative support to the medical office as needed

Experience:


  • Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
  • Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
  • Proficient typing skills with the ability to accurately transcribe information in realtime
  • Knowledge of electronic medical record systems and their functionalities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in a related field is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedule

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$ $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
