- Perform a variety of cleaning, packing, and moving tasks in different environments.
- Tasks include construction cleaning, fire/smoke/odor cleaning, mold remediation, carpet and upholstery cleaning, etc.
- May handle cleaning related to trauma, bio-hazard, and COVID situations.
- Assist in packing out contents, disposal of non-salvageable materials, light construction, and demolition.
- Drive company vehicles as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Represent Summit Reconstruction professionally and embody our core values.
- No prior experience necessary.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, with a positive attitude.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Previous restoration experience is a bonus.
- Must pass drug screening and background check.
