Independent and comprehensive creation of property accounting Booking of rental payments, incoming invoices and bank accounts Taking over and monitoring of dunning process Preparation of monthly financial statements (including account reconciliations, booking of provisions and monthly reporting) Support of the client in the preparation of annual financial statements
Qualifications Completed vocational training in the commercial sector, ideally as a tax specialist Several years of professional experience or sound knowledge in accounting Independent, reliable, careful and service-oriented way of working Analytical and efficient approach as well as good understanding of numbers Communication and teamwork skills combined with resilience and commitment Proficient use of MS Office applications
